Learner safety and privacy come before anything else. The public platform collects no learner or minor personal data, and research identities in GOE Tsebo are pseudonymous.

Resources and attention are directed where the need is greatest — to township and rural learners first.
Quality
Content is curriculum-grounded, clearly written and honest about what is known, how it is known, and what remains unresolved.
In partnership
We work alongside teachers, schools, families and communities — enabling and connecting, never replacing.
Phased
We grow in deliberate stages — prototype, validation, scale. Nothing is described as proven until it is.

The Evidence Ledger records what is established, assumed, tested and unresolved — evidence before assertion, always.
